Jan 14,2025I would like to thank Loren & Daniel for their hard work on our purchase. RG Law handed over our case to Loren & Danie half-way through our purchase due to the lack of progress from another conveyancer. Since Loren became our new conveyancer case manager, I am very pleased with the progress she made in such short period. She understood our concerns very quickly and clearly advised us on the actions required. She also made an effort to reply our emails very promptly, which helps calm our nerves proceeding towards exchange and completion. It is nice to have a conveyancer that really look after your interest just like Loren. Despite being pressured from the estate agent to have simultaneous exchange and complete, she acted on our behalf to make sure we are truly comfortable with the reports and have all our queries answered before proceeding to exchange and completion. There are a lot of documents that need to be managed and with both Loren and Daniel's support, we received the documents in an organised order which makes it easy for us to review. We sincerely thank for all the help that Loren and Daniel have provide to us.

Friendly staff, however long periods of no communication or response frustrating our chain, delays, unexpected charges on bills, mistakes made, and an unresolved ongoing issue 3 months on after completion (land registry paper work not submitted by them correctly) which if we don’t get resolved could cause major issue in the future. Next step complaint to ombudsman to help.

Jan 02,2025We instructed RG Law for the purchase of our first property. Overall, we had a good experience with them - replies were quick, we were kept up-to-date at all stages and when a tighter deadline had to be met on our seller's end, they were happy to accommodate. Their app made it incredibly clear what stage we were at in the process and was updated regularly for peace of mind. Nicky and George were the team that worked on our case and they were very professional and responsive. However, the reason for not awarding a 5th star was that there was a handful times where we picked up on spelling mistakes or incorrect figures on important documents that we then had to flag to them. There was also a payment missed off the final invoice which we then had to pay after our final closing payment so unfortunately, it was a little disappointing that these small details affected our overall experience. We would recommend RG Law as a solicitors but just make sure all documents are checked over for typos or mistakes before signing.

Yewande , Sara & Orla were extremely friendly, helpful and kept us fully informed throughout which could have been a very stressful process. We loved the app with the moving van towards our new home ! Would highly recommend for conveyancing.

Dec 23,2024Good effort at a challenging time. Only criticism I have is that some of the evidence of funds could have been carried out earlier given that the funds were coming from abroad and the consequent additional checks should have been anticipated. All's well that ends well though. Thank you.
