Jan 22,2025We had a positive experience with Lauren and Ewan from the York branch who assisted us with the sale and purchase of our house. Professional and thorough service and good support throughout - just a couple of things that could have been improved hence a 4 star review. We would have liked a little more communication towards the end of the process (as things got a little complicated with finalising the dates for exchange and completion!). And we noticed some typos in some of the paperwork (although easily corrected). But overall we were happy with the service and we would be happy to recommend RG Law and use again!

They took time to explain everything to us clearly and answered any questions we had. They were professional and accomodating and their processes set up meant that we didn't need to attend their office which is helpful when you work in the office 5 days a week. Thank you to Julie who went above and beyond by creating our Wills extra quickly due to my partner having an operation very soon. Julie was able to understand our circumstances and write the Wills with our exact wishes. She added in clauses to ensure longevity of the Wills which was really helpful as we didn't know that we could do this. Thank you to Julie and Heather for making the process stress-free. Chloe has been the backbone in helping me buy my first apartment on mortgage, Chloe is a thorough professional she knows how to get things done in a proper manner.
