Feb 15,2025I ordered 3 photo frames from rinkit, but unfortunately one of them had been smashed during transport. I emailed the team and within minutes I received a response and have been issued a replacement frame immediately. A big thanks to Ben who dealt with the matter promptly!

Feb 14,2025I recently ordered some pina colada style cocktail glasses for an upcoming event, ordering rather last minute and they arrived within 2 days so that was brilliant! One glass did arrive broken but I sent an email that evening and customer service had replied to me already by 0800 the next day with a resolution, can’t fault the service :-) I would just maybe suggest they add ‘fragile contents’ labels to their outer packaging so that Evri or whoever ends up delivering has an idea of what’s inside as the breakage most likely happened in transit.

Feb 07,2025Ordered a pack of 6 mugs, unfortunately 2 of the mugs had been smashed in transit. I contacted Rinkit by email, got a reply the next day and a replacement pack of 6 mugs the following day. Excellent customer service, they also told me to make use of the 4 mugs that were ok from the first pack and not to return them. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending hem to my friends.

Feb 02,2025Placed an order with rinket. Arrived very quickly with no p&p. Packed very well. Unfortunately a piece was missing from box. I emailed them and it was less than an hour and they had replied saying they would replace. The next day not missing part but a complete item. I had ordered a teapot infuser. Its very sweet just enough for one cup and a good price. Well done rinkit

Jan 30,2025Sadly no longer doing any discounts for new customers and my discount viucher for free delivery did not work. I emailed Rinkit and explained this and the customer advisor Mathilde told me they no longer had this offer but she would refund my delivery for the order as a goodwill gesture. The company response time to my email was very quick ( less than 24 hrs) and courteous. My parcel arrived by DHL the day after I ordered it which I am pretty impressed with and my goodwill refund for delivery was applied the same day that I made the order. Great customer service snd speedy delivery and response. Parcel arrived intact and item looks better than online. Will use them again.

Jan 29,2025Very efficient and Good Customer Service I placed my order first time in Rinkit for a shoe and coat rack on Jan 15 and delivery was made on Jan 17. Since I found one of the tubular steels with defect, I wrote to CS in late afternoon. Surprisingly, it was responded in 20 minutes. After providing necessary information, the CS arranged replacement already in the next day afternoon. Even though this is not a perfect experience but the follow up is great. I can have the needed product within a week.

Jan 28,2025Ordered whiskey, highball and wine glasses on January 23rd order process was straightforward. However there was some damage to the packaging on arrival on the 25th. I took a photo, on opening i found that one of boxes contained 3 broken and 2 cracked highball glasses, photo taken and emailed customer service and with in 20 had a reply from a lovely lady called Katie asking what was damaged, I replied and a few minutes later Katie arranged replacements and advised me to depose the damaged glasses. Replacements arrived today 28 January. All in all I will be using Rinkit again. Thank you Katie for your quick response.

Jan 25,2025I have used Rinkit on several occasions and found them to be very reliable. On the one occasion some glass arrived broken I let them know and they replaced the glasses immediately. I still use them and find them to be value for money especially since I work for a charity and most of the goods I am buying are to help me run fund raisers.

Jan 24,2025I had ordered china through Amazon and a large number of pieces were broken, you could clearly see the parcel had been dropped. Amazon were not helpful as I only wanted replacement rather than sending the whole order back. I emailed Rinkit (with photos) and their response was amazing, not only did they apologise for something that wasn't their fault but they immediately dispatched the replacement china, which I received the following day! Throughout, they kept in contact, checking that all was good and I was happy with the result. Thank you very much Rinkit!
