Nov 06,2023After waiting 6 hours for the AA they informed us at 1am that they would not be coming until 8am and even then, they did not have the facilities to fix the tire on site. We called Road Buddy and they quoted us for our area, we had an ongoing WhatsApp chat and the fitter contacted us as soon as he was on his way and arrived within 45 minutes. We had a lovely gentleman, very friendly and incredibly helpful. I wish I knew his name as he put us at ease and lifted our moods after a long night! He had the tire replaced within the hour and we were able to continue our journey. I only wish we saved our money and time on the AA and called these guys straight away instead!! Thank you ❤️

Nov 04,2023Called this morning having a puncture on Stanwell Moor Road near Heathrow. Fitter arrived in a delapedated red van and proceeded to remove my wheel and take tyre off the rim in the van. Struggled removing the tyre., did not have a rubber rim guard while using the bar to get the tyre over the rim. Did not have a guard on the foot of the machine that runs the tyre off the rim. Once he had finally got the tyre off and fitted the new one brought tyre back to the car where I observed that the wheel rim was gauged and the rim was damaged all the way round because of the lack of rubber protective foot guard and lack of rim guardand use of tyre soap. Once he had finished I informed him I would not be paying the outstanding £150 having paid the £30 deposit. There were several back and forth phone calls over the damage to my immaculate wheel when I was called a liar by the person at the office and the fitter saying the wheel damage was not caused by them and was old damage. My car is immaculate as a Chauffeur driver since 2003 has always been so. After a stand off where the fitter stood over the Jack for about 1 and a half hours I was informed that if he can't take the tyre off that they replaced then the fitter under the instruction of the office was to puncture my tyre. So basically I was being held to ransom pay for the tyre or we will leave you with another puncture. I have video of the incident and video of my punctured tyre and inside that tyre all the paint flakes from the damage done by the tyre fitter which would not be there if the damage had not occurred. I will now have to pay to refurbish my wheel lose a day's work while my wheel is being done yet they insist the damage was already there. When I have a picture from before the fitter took the wheel off. A total disgrace, I will be taking action to recover the costs .

Nov 03,2023Please please please do not be conned into giving this outfit any monies, turned up to a tyre change, broke the locking wheel nut, told us they cannot do the job and then charged £584.00 quid for the privilege before driving off leaving us stranded.

Oct 23,2023Amazing service from Abdul at Road Buddy. I had a tyre blow out (through hitting mega large pothole) and Abdul was very reassuring and talked me through the process to get help out to me. The mobile tyre person arrived in approx 20 minutes and quickly fixed the tyre. I would definitely recommend Road Buddy. They were really efficient and effective in helping me back on the road.

Oct 22,2023Do not use these rogues, gave me a quote for recovering my car for £270 to go about 10 miles. I got a quote from another firm for £100 and the guy told me he also does jobs for road buddy, his fee would still of been £100 if booked through road buddy and they would of made £170 for literally making a phone call. He even showed me the job message that came through to him from road buddy on his phone, scandalous Road buddy ripping people off who need help!!!! And they said it would be a 2hour wait when it was actually only 30mins booking direct with the company road buddy we’re trying to sub contract out to!!! AVOID ROAD BUDDY

Oct 03,2023Highly recommend ! I had a tyre puncture and while they could have come same day to replace I chose to wait until the next day so I could get the same brand tyre. They found the tyre even though it was low in stock and next day text me with a time frame and kept me updated with the arrival time. He arrived within the timeframe and proceeded to change the tyre. There was a small issue when the tyre sensor became dislodged and he let me know right away and organised to fix the issue immediately. I was grateful for his honesty and the fact he had the problem resolved really quickly. I’m afraid I’ve forgotten his name but he was polite and professional above all honest which I really appreciated. Would use again.

Oct 03,2023Road Buddy answered the phone quickly, they asked me to send all details needed of my tyres etc. They quickly got a quote across to me which was very reasonable. I paid the £50 deposit and was text to tell me the breakdown rescue would be with me withing half an hour.... He was. The mechanic was very friendly, efficient and got the job done. What an excellent customer service I would recommend and I would use them again. 5 stars guys, well done.... Give the customers what they need reassurance and good customer service.

Nov 09,2023Quoted me £340 to be towed. Paid £90 deposit as they told me they would arrive in 40 minutes. After I paid deposit then told me it would take two hours. I cancelled and asked for my money back as they had lied to me but they wouldn’t refund me.
