Sep 11,2023Could not endorse the Road Buddy team more highly. I was stuck on the side of a busy road with a blow out. As an AA member I called them straight away but was told I needed to wait at least 2hrs. So I googled and found these guys who were with me within 15mins. Good comms via WhatsApp, the advanced £40 deposit seemed fair to ensure the call out was legitimate and Yousuf so was lovely and replaced my tyre within 10mins. The total charge (for callout, labour AND new tyre) was £150 which seemed really reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys and use them again.

Sep 09,2023Absolutely disgusting DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM PEOPLE LEFT ME SAT THERE HOURS TO THEN SAY THEY WOULD PUT A SMALLER TYRE ON BUT EXPECTED ME TO PAY £450 for this, just before quoted me 250 After already taking my money telling me it will be a 2 hour wait then don’t give me any answer at all. Ignored me when asked for my money back. No one came out after trying for hours then he was extremely rude constantly. Tried to say it was my fault… I paid instantly online! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tried to make me then pay 400 for tyre that didn’t fit my car. After all this then had the cheek to say I was the one in the wrong. Told me on the phone I wouldn’t find anyone else. He was a scam artist. Didn’t care about my daughter being alone just kept messing me around.

Sep 08,2023I broke down on the M1 today by milton Keynes I rang many company the price I got was above £400 but when i called ROAD BUDDY he was 50% less then all the companies I called littery it just says it all he didn't take advantage of my situation and I respect that and when he found out am stuck on the M1 without a hard shoulder he was with me within 30mins can't asked for more honestly it was perfect great job brother thank you

Jul 27,2023Disappointed, promised everything and delivered nothing. Glad l paid by credit card as need to go and hopefully get a refund. Discussed the fact that the car may need towed and informed of cost offered by another company. Guy on the phone said they would fix it no matter what. Paid deposit £65, then paid the guy that was meant to start car £60 cash. Car could not be started. Then paid a different guy £145 to tow it. Other company had offered a simple £130 but road buddy said he would sort it no matter what and not to use other company. Offered that no matter where I was travelling he would come and restart car or tow it, Could not contact him again. I had to pay another company for tow so paid double. Avoid him To reply to below: the guy that arrived also charged £60 and promised he would jump start car. He couldn't, so in total I paid £125 for no resolution. He then got his mate to quote me for recovery, which them cost £145. You had stated that the money paid £65 + £60 would be all I needed to pay if started or need to be recovered. The guy that arrived stated he didn't know who you are, so he couldn't help. I tried to call and no answer. So your reply isn't the most honest one but thanks for reply. Still need my £65 refunded please.

Jun 12,2023I Had never heard of them before we needed them !! My son was on the M5 on. Sunday afternoon in June! and had a blow out.. long story short his breakdown cover from Ping let him down. Phoned this company after a few WhatsApp messages and a payment by credit card over the phone.. a fitter was on scene on M5 within an hour and my son was in his way. Was wary at first of using but I genuinely can only recommend if your in a tight spot and need help. Not as expensive as we feared ..

Jun 09,2023Used in Scotland....clearly not trustable . Charged but never appeared when agreed. When we told we left as after 2 h their tow truck was still 3 h away .....they claim we have to pay as we didn't expect even if they were well after what was agreed

May 30,2023SCAMERS!!!! - my tyre burst on the bank holiday weekend away from home. Called these guys. They gave me a used tyre which is fine and what I paid for. But the tyre was ripped. Tried calling them back and tree hey refuse to take responsibility

Apr 08,2023Awful service. Take a £30 job reservation fee. You wait hours and hear nothing back from anyone. Do not trust high rating I however did get my refund a few days later. So they did good in that.

Mar 05,2023The guys answered the call immediately after several other ‘24/7’ companies in the area’s number just rang out. Alejandro the fitter was brilliant he called me within 10 minutes of me calling the office originally and told me he’d be 25 minutes and he was exactly that which I was very grateful for as I was expecting to be waiting much longer!

Feb 07,2023I am impressed with the speed and quality of service. Very good telephone contact, the driver arrived at the scene within 60 minutes of reporting on Sunday evening! Quick change of 3 tires, professional and nice attendant. I highly recommend them and for sure if I have any problems with tires in the future (hopefully not), I will use them 100% :))

Jan 22,2023Thank you Road Buddy for helping us with a flat tyre problem on the afternoon of Mon 16th Jan. Our tyre was very difficult to replace at short notice and we were stranded on the A14 for 6 hours in the freezing cold. You worked hard to find a mobile fitter and we were so grateful when Vincent Enache, a 24/7 fitter from Cambridge, arrived with a new tyre. Both Road Buddy and Vincent came to our rescue when no one else could and thank you, Katharine

Sep 12,2023Operator did not listen , rushed the conversation and I ended up with only 1 out of 2 tyres required. The confirmation text did not say how many tyres just that I had orders the size of tyre and estimated time. The operator was rude , dismissive and unco-operative. I did eventually receive a message saying I would receive a 50% discount for the call out charge , never received or receive a message back asking to show this. Tyre fitter was polite and good. Ended up paying for one different size tyre to see me to work ( I agreed to this ) I had already waited hours due to ‘traffic’ and was very late now. Will NEVER use again
