Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

There online site terrible, I ordered a necklace that said it was returnable after I purchased it I received an email saying I couldn’t return it. I purposely ordered the necklace thinking I would get it in time for the holiday which they said would happen. I just saw the tracking order and it will be two days later than expected. Nope, I don’t trust this company at all.

Dec 20,2024I purchased the purple turquoise ring with side amethysts. The stone is so dark it looks black with no life in it at all (certainly not as pictured). To make things worse, the stone has a flaw across the top right in the middle. I guess it is lucky the stone is so dark that it is not so noticeable. I am really disappointed, but it is too hard to return as I live in a community with central mailboxes so I would have to drive to the post office to return.

Dec 19,2024I have purchased several items from Ross Simon and all have been excellent. I felt compelled to write this review bc these earring backs really are a game changer! Unfortunately my earring holes are stretched from wearing heavy earrings as a child. I can't wear studs without them flopping forward. These make the studs look they are meant to be worn! They hold them upright. Great quality thus far, fast delivery and came just as described and pictured.
