Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

I was concerned because another reviewer had mentioned something about them being small but I believe these are the perfect size for me. I love that they are leverback earrings as well. It was the wrong size so I paid to ship it back to you and asked for next size (note that I did call customer service to let them know that I was exchanging for next size). I was given a refund as it was sold out (after I paid to return).

Jan 03,2025I received a bracelet as a gift from Ross & Simon, I called & emailed the company to ask if I can return the bracelet & get a credit so I can pick something else out. They insisted I give them an order# and persons email, I told them I do not have the order # nor do I want the person who gave me the gift notified that iam returning their gift! They would not do anything for me! That terrible customer service… I will not buy from this company ever again!
