Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Dec 15,2024I appreciated the quick, expedited delivery. However, the website product page did not clarify that the ring was not solid gold but had a hollowed-out interior. That explains the price. Disappointed.

Dec 15,2024The gold cross earrings, just like the sunflower earrings and necklace I bought earlier this year from RS were less quality than expected. The gold is so small and thin I was taken back. Even the pic of the women wearing them is not what I received when you compare scale. Done with RS. Sry but that’s twice.

Dec 13,2024The earrings arrived in the presentation gift box but were crushed. My call to customer service was less than helpful. The young woman sounded tired and not helpful. I have no printer but was sent the return label via email. I am going to exchange these for a new pair but they will not arrive in time for Christmas.

It's much smaller than pictured, thin, hallow & the charm is tiny! Not worth the money. Glad I opened it before giving! I'm done with this company.
