Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Dec 09,2024Bracelet is exactly as pictured and I love it. The only critism I have is although I used the sizing instructions, it's way too big, also the clasp is very difficult to do up. I'll be exchanging it for a smaller size

Dec 03,2024I expected a little nicer packaging for quality jewelry like this. The little plastic bags the jewelry comes in with a bar code on the bag looks so cheap. Plus each item was a gift and there are no gift receipts. Very disappointing. Ross Simon responds that the packaging is not meant to look nice for a gift and they didn’t give gift receipts because they only do that for items shipped to a different address. Again, Ross Simons is being tone deaf to what its customers want. That’s not good business.

Dec 10,2024I feel as if you sent way too many emails regarding this one purchase. You also sent me numerous emails regarding sales. I feel that the emails were excessive. I was slightly disappointed with the product I purchased. The sales pictures showed a shiny and well defined product. The earrings I received were not as shiny andthe byzantine threads look sloppy. I intend on keeping the product simply because the price is reasonable. I’m not sure I will purchase anything in the future.
