Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Jan 01,2025I very much appreciated the speed with which my order was processed and shipped. I received it on 12/24 in the evening! Saved by the bell ;-) I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the pair of lapis earrings were quite lackluster. The blue was almost gray and the silver was dull.

Dec 31,2024I had a terrible experience with customer service. I did not receive my package they instructed me to reach out to the post office. I asked for a supervisor it took two times to ask. They did not resolve my problem and I did not receive the over $200 gold necklace. I would not recommend using them. I had already gone to the store and they were no help insisted I call instead. Very disappointing.

It was cheaper on your website AND had a $30 coupon and said i would get it before Christmas. So i placed the order and received it at Noon on the 24th, and wasn't charged extra to get it in time for Christmas. Girlfriend loves it!! Thank you for the Quick Shipping for the holidays!!
