Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

They are easy to sleep in, and I think they would be difficult to lose, but I caught my washcloth in one this morning and bent it out of shape. I was able to mold it back into shape around a fat pen, though. I do like these.

Dec 12,2024The earrings were beautiful. My wife is well pleased. Well made. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the l-e-n-g-t-h-l-y delivery. USPS was very slow in moving the package with delays at every stop. Ross-Simons customer service was very responsive to my inquiries.

Dec 13,2024The earrings came within a week. They were well cushioned, in good condition & very pretty. However the ear wires are fragile & easily bent out of shape. The wires are short & fell out of my ear twice the 1st time I wore them. I have to use rubber backs to keep them on, but they go out of shape when I put the rubber backs on.
