Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Nov 24,2024The earrings are beautiful as advertised but the post is way too large for my ears I have short hair and small ears the large posts were very visible, the result not attractive. I returned the earrings by priority mail as instructed by customer service rep, who was very pleasant and helpful. I have since received notice from Ross Simmons that the total cost of my purchase has been refunded to my credit card. I certainly will be happy and confident to make further purchases with Ross Simmons.

Nov 23,2024The bracelet I purchased seems to have a very unreliable clasp. Byzantine (sterling) w/gold plated heart clasp. It is very disappointing. This is the first piece from Ross-Simons that I can say that quality control overlooked the durability of the clasp. That’s the reason for a rating of 4.

Nov 26,2024Worst jewelry ever! And customer service was terrible. I ordered a diamond bar ring. It came in the mail and I wore it for a total of 2 hours and took it off. It was bent and out of shape. The metal was so thin and bendable Terrible quality. I would never buy from this company again
