Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Nov 15,2024Overall, I loved my order. I was only disappointed in the cat stud earrings. In the catalog, and on the website, they looked very black, however, they are gray. I was going to return them, but decided that they were too cute, even if they weren’t what was pictured.
