Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Oct 28,2024The postal service you use took 6 days to deliver my package. This package was in my home city from Tuesday at noon until Saturday. When I called customer service on Friday, they said to wait until Monday. So apparently this is a "typical' delivery service. I'm sorry, but I probably will not purchase from you again.
