If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Jun 21,2023I bought two rings And return them both via US mail.They claim they only got one sent them both in the same package so how does 1 go missing? I asked them to track the tracking numbers that I had put for the returns per ring and all of a sudden. They can't do that so anyway. I'm paying for something I don't even own now. Incompetent, poor Customer service. And every other department that I have spoken too!!

Jun 09,2023I received a pair of earrings from my aunt for my birthday. Because they weren’t my style I decided to return them. When I called to begin the return process, I was informed that their return policy is only valid 30 days from the date the product is shipped, and that I would not be able to return my item. I reread the entire packing slip including the area labeled “returns information”. Nowhere on this full sheet of paper due they mentioned returns must be made within 30 days. To me these seem like deceptive business practices and I would never buy anything from this company ever again. When I called the customer service agent to point out, there is nothing on the packing slip that mentions a 30 day policy she agreed with me and said they don’t ship anything out with any of their packing slips that mentions the 30 days. I’m assuming they get this complaint a lot. Update: I saw the response from this company. I wish I could include a screen shot of the packing slip I received. There are instructions on how to return the product, but no where does it say you have 30 days to return, much less from the day the item shipped. I stand by my review, and from their response, they continue to try to mislead.
