Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Feb 06,2025Purchased a $625 bracelet that was too large. I went in exchange it for a smaller size. They would not offer free shipping for exchanges. Since I had to pay to send it back, I just returned it. They lost a substantial sale due to their exchange policy.

Feb 03,2025I was so excited to get my bezel-set diamond necklace. But the points on the back of the diamonds extend past the bezel and poke into my skin. It's a very uncomfortable $5,000 necklace. Unfortunately I am unlikely to get much use out of it.
