Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Honey Bees contacted me and explained the mix up and handle my order with total professionalism. In addition even though it was my mistake they sent an extra gift of matching earings to go with the bee neckless. Hat's off to this formable company doing the right thing.
