Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Jan 25,2025Paid for express shipping for a special occasion. Gave a delivery date of that Friday. I checked on it daily and was assured it would make it. However, they could not talk to the shipper as it was a partner warehouse. Called and chatted many times. It did not ship until the day it was scheduled to arrive. There is more to this but really a mess and a failure.

Jan 24,2025I purchased 2 - 18k gold rings. Although they were reasonably priced, they were not what was expected based on the photos I was presented with prior to purchase. They were very thin and very fine. Barely there and extremely fragile. Not necessarily a 'good' deal.
