Sep 26,2023Bought a duo Sorrento garden seat. Communication was very good - from receipt of order, to arranging delivery, to updates on the day of delivery. A couple of parts of the assembly instructions were not sufficiently detailed so it does require a bit of practical thought and understanding. Once assembled, the product is exactly as expected, and we look forward to years of use!

The boxes wouldn’t fit through our entrance and they were so helpful with making sure we got everything in even if it meant unpacking it outside first. They were very friendly and deserve a very high regard for their kindness and hard work. Many thanks to them for making the delivery stress-free. Highly recommend! I hope they are given the praise they deserve!

Sep 19,2023I recently purchase two Henley recliner chairs one was damage, so contacted them quick repose. Once they had seen what damage was done by sending photos of the item. They were quick to send out a replacement one. Amazing customer service and love my new chairs by the way.I be happy to use them again.

Aug 11,2023We bought the Paris collection back in April this year. We decided to go across to their Head Office so we could see the furniture rather than just order it online. We were shown around by Tony and given a really good look at the product and we explained that we needed it because my husband was about to start treatment for throat cancer so we needed to be able to meet people safely outside. It was duly delivered the next week. What a great decision - we’ve used it in 2 different configurations and it is comfortable, robust and has survived a pretty grotty summer really well. We thoroughly recommend the product and the attention to service. All that was missing was guaranteed decent weather. Thank you.
