Jun 26,2023The cocoon/pod outdoor chair was a birthday present which I got yesterday. It was quickly delivered, my husband said it was easy enough to put together. The stand seems very strong and is heavy. The chair itself is very comfortable. Great item

Jun 26,2023Ordered an Amalfi 6 seater dining patio set in March. Ordering and delivery were ok (not excellent) The chairs are all starting to go rusty so I now have to sand them down and paint them. I have been in touch with royalcraft, and they have said it should be covered at all times when not in use, really, for an outdoor patio set? Chinese rubbish.

We ordered this sofa set to match existing dining furniture, the ordering process was straightforward and delivery within stated times & we were kept in touch throughout. We followed the assembly instructions which were easy to follow - a little fiddly at times lining up screws with holes, but achievable and the final product looks lovely, matches existing furniture really well, is very comfortable and excellent value for money - would definitely recommend.

Jun 23,2023We ordered a fire pit table, benches, parasol and base and received a free egg chair. Ordered on a Thursday and they were delivered to my back garden on Monday morning. Very happy with the delivery and the quality of the product. We have received so many positive comments already, and it makes such a difference to our newly laid patio. Definitely worth the money.

Jun 20,2023On contacting customer/sales advice, I was told that the part I required for my garden table was in stock and they could supply and the price, which for a glass table top was reasonable and which included delivery. They delivered the item which was large and heavy on the day they stated and gave me a three hour window. Which avoided me staying in all day. In all the experience was good.

As there wasn't one I did wonder if I'd been dealing with bona fide site. I got a reduced price as it was my first order. Delivery was perfect, with the delivery guys keeping us fully informed.
