The furniture arrived slightly earlier than expected which was an added bonus! I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Jun 15,2021Recently purchased a garden flat pack chair After almost three hours of trying to put it together I gave up and took it back to the shop One simple thing spoiled the construction, quite simply the holes they drilled for the barrel screws were to big resulting in being unable to line up the the barrel to accept the bolt Tiring, frustrating, disappointing, and totally fed up are how I feel Why oh why didn’t the manufacturer drill the right sized snug fitting hole for the barrel in the first place and even easier why didn’t the insert the barrels to make the construction so much easier for the poor customer Such a shame because we loved the chair

Jun 14,2021I had done my research and found the Sorrento 4 seat Black round deluxe set which i have been trying to find that was in stock on Royalcraft, in stock - tick, 10% off for may - tick and it had a parasol - bonus!! Arrived fairly quickly except there was no parasol! Went on the web side to double check that it was included and yes still listed as 6 piece as in table, 4 chairs and a parasol. E mailed them as it was getting late and i got a reply next morning saying that the parasol wasn't included. Back on the web site and lo and behold although the url still said 6 piece the parasol had disappeared from the description!!!! Quite a few e mails followed, they basically called me a liar saying it used to come with a parasol but had been taken off a while ago because they didn't match. I know they are lying and they know they are lying but i can't actually prove it which i find extremely frustrating! They offered me 20% off a parasol when they were back in stock - after this i wouldn't buy anything off them again and i certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Jun 14,2021Initially I was impressed with Royal Crafts products ... Buyers beware! If you have any table and chair sets in the wicker effect and they have clear glass tops, the glass intensifies the heat of the sun and the plastic will start to break down. I have protected both sets I purchased and they have both started to breakdown under the glass and in no other area. Royal craft stated that they were too old to replace and offered a table for sale for each set. They now sell they’re sets with black glass tops to prevent the heat from being intensified. I have had other aluminium and wooden sets that have lasted far longer than these, the chairs are still in really good condition ... just a shame about the table tops!

May 31,2021We've finally been able to unpack and set up our Wentworth Cube furniture now our patio is completed and we are very pleased with it. The furniture is very well made, not at all flimsy but nice and the table is stable and relatively easy to put together by two people. The chairs and footstools need only one person to set up. We are looking forward to using our furniture now the weather has improved.

May 27,2021Having requested information about a set of weights for my parasol I was informed when they came back into stock. Despatch was prompt and the product seems good quality. When filled with water each weight is pretty heavy. They have had good testing over the last two weeks with some wild weather. Let’s hope this is not the case in June!

May 06,2021Royalcraft gave excellent service. I didn't remember which set of chairs we had and they provided the information promptly and I was able to order the cover I needed. I also ordered some spare feet for the chairs, and though they forgot to include these with the cover, they sent them straight afterwards.

May 04,2021I bought a Royalcraft garden set a couple of years ago and some of the arm caps had fallen out and become lost . I contacted Royalcraft in the hope that they might have something similar , to my amazement they had just what I wanted and they fit a treat . Well done Royalcraft for a job well done . Excellent service .
