Apr 26,2021The cover is made of a decent material, BUT............why have you done away with the draw string around the perimeter to secure it to the furniture. The Velcro strips are next to useless when a breeze is blowing! The cover ends up in the corner of the garden instead of protecting the furniture.

Apr 22,2021Speedy delivery of product, unfortunately bag of parts had split in box and had to search around for all items. Also two of the rivets that hold the table top down missing/failed (as the incomplete rivets were in the box with the other loose parts.

We found them extremely helpful, ensuring through a series of emails, during lockdown, that we received the correct ones. The cushions were despatched quickly and arrived speedily. We were very impressed with the service we received. The cushions are perfect and an excellent fit.

Apr 06,2021We bought garden cube set furniture and they arrived faulty. They asked us to pack all furniture and they said they will send a new set. Two weeks later they arrived and that was the exactly the same set we have sent back. They tried to fix the table with they painted scratches they made in different shade of the colour. The horribly cut the rattan material which I found discussing. Is nearly 3 weeks now when we asked them for a money back and collect the faulty furniture. They still sat outside of our front garden because they didn’t showed up like they promised. They don’t reply for emails. They don’t pick up the phone. Please stay away from them. They don’t care about customer at all!!!!
