Purchased this expensive 8 seater cube dining set from Wayfair, I have had it for less than 3 years, the rattan on the table top is splitting and cracking leaving visible holes under the glass cover, looks terrible, the table was covered and protected from the weather over the winter weather. Both Wayfair and the manufacturer are washing their hands of responsibility even after quoting my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Would not recommend investing in this product.

I bought the Wentworth 10 seater set in July 2017. Initially I was very pleased with the purchase and it appeared to be good quality. However, within 2 years the plastic weave effect on the table top has started cracking and coming apart and now looks awful, it is now unusable. Despite being covered with a thick, waterproof cover throughout the year the weave is clearly cheap and not built to last. Unfortunately, Royalcraft only offer a 12 month warranty on their furniture. For a table of this price I would have expected it to last longer. Royalcraft has absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction beyond the 12 month period. The quality is not what you would expect for a product costing £1,300! I wish i had read other reviews on this site about Royalcraft garden furniture being poor quality before spending so much money!

We did originally have wooden garden furniture for a number of years, but the maintenance was increasing plus we missed out on buying garden furniture last year with lockdown. We'd also been looking for something that can accommodate our expanding family and be maintenance free and this item does exactly that. We now have the option of extending the table from 6 to 8 seating very comfortably along with the 8 chairs which can be stacked for storage over the winter months. There is also an opening for an umbrella. The table and chairs are all metal and require only soapy water and a dry cloth to maintain them. So easy to maintain. We have cushion backs to go with the chairs and they look fantastic. We can't wait to sit out in some nice weather with all the family enjoying whilst still in lockdown!

Spent many an hour researching different companies and chose Royalcraft. Best decision we’ve made.Quality looking furniture sturdy and comfortable and although pricey you definitely get what you pay for. Ordering was easy and it arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Had a slight problem but was rectified within a week so have nothing but praise for this company and would highly recommend you use Royalcraft.

I had damaged a main piece of my corner couch of the set I bought last last year. Customer services were brilliant tracking me down a spare section so I didn’t have to replace the entire thing

I saw the Garden Bench, which I purchased, on sale in a Garden Centre. Noting the manufacturer I used their website to peruse their ranges and found the exact same item cheaper. The ordering was very easy and the Garden Bench was delivered as per their quoted dates. I am yet to assemble the Garden Bench, but I would presume it would be as I first saw it advertised Good quality product at a competitive price. Their web site is well worth exploring for Garden Furniture

Excellent Customer Services and really reasonable for spare parts which were dispatched immediately. Emails answered fully and quick response. Would definitely purchase from again and I would highly recommend Royal Craft

All went well and luv the product. Delivery driver very helpful but only one man and he did need help! Fortunately my husband was at home otherwise there would have been a problem.

Service was good and had regular updates explaining potential delays due to covid etc. however product itself is very poor for the price. Paid nearly £75 for a table cover which has tiny Velcro straps and had blown off the table within 24 hours. Would expect better fastenings for the price.

I bought a Modular Casual Dining Garden Furniture Set for £900 from this company via a Wyevale garden centre. After 1-2 years the rattan structure is splitting in several places and is very brittle and breaks under the slightest pressure. Nowhere in any sales literature did it say that the furniture will fall apart after 2 years. I guess they hope people will spend hundreds of pounds each year as their furniture falls apart shortly after the 1 year warranty. The product is badged as Royalcraft but they say it was a Wyevale product (however there is no Wyevale badge ? I wonder why not?) so basically its bad luck and nothing to do with them. They have a sample and can clearly see the fault in the material but again hide behind a 1 year warranty saying they sold a container load of "bespoke" product to Wyevale. For bespoke read "off spec" product in my opinion. All responses to my emails have been late and very dismissive and condescending but they are “sorry for the inconvenience” !! DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to buy new each year. Disgraceful customer service and treatment of a once loyal customer

I would definitely not recommend this company. I ordered a shed from them on 15th November, the website stated that it could take up to 15 working days to deliver but it never arrived. I tried to phone them but the number goes straight to answer phone, it states they can be contacted on either email or the ‘live chat’ option on the website, this ‘live chat’ doesn’t appear to exist and emails only seem to be answered once a day making correspondence extremely slow. When I did finally get a response (which took a week) they said the shed was out of stock so I agreed for them to send a similar product. This eventually arrived but unfortunately only 2 of the 3 boxes were delivered. I now have half a shed sitting in my hallway and the company have stated they are investigating the matter. I have requested a refund but this so far has not happened and I’ve heard nothing more from the company. They’ve had my money now for nearly 8 weeks and I have no shed. Do not use Royalcraft take your business elsewhere.
