Nov 03,2020Nice quick delivery by very helpful driver.. This is the same set which my daughter already has and we were really impressed with it hence we chose this for our own patio when it is laid. Only a small thing is that because we are not able to set up the furniture at present it would have been good if the wrapping could have gone over the top of the pallet as well as round the sides so it wasn't open to the weather.and the cardboard didn't get wet. We had to put the cover over it to protect the furniture from the elements.which have been considerable - lots of rain and wind. Now just waiting to set it all up and enjoy using it once the weather improves..

Oct 23,2020Bought garden furniture and the feet split, went back to shop where I bought it from originally and they got in touch with Royal craft, who sent me 4 spare feet out, this was fine but all the feet on the chairs were cracked/split and they were a different height so was told I had to buy another 8 so they all matched which for what I paid, thought this was a bit much.

Oct 19,2020Received the product in the specified timescale. The right product for the right table, I am a little bit concerned when it rains as it does act like a paddling pool - so do have to take one of the chairs away to release the water - any advice?

Oct 15,2020I bought a patio set but when I come to put it together there was parts missing so I got in touch with royal craft to ask if royal craft would send missing parts only to be charged £10.00 I don't see why I should have paid for missing parts I will not be buying any more from royal craft or recomend royal craft to any of my friends or family

Nov 26,2020Product is good. A shame they would not ship to the Chanel Islands so had to ship to brother in the UK who then forwarded it to me for £3.20! I can't believe that the initial shipping cost was less.
