Aug 25,2023Appalling- avoid like the plague. No-one answers the phone, no one acknowledges or replies to any emails. They need constant chasing for the most basic of documents that you are rightfully due. I’ve been waiting on a completion statement for weeks. A simple purchase (no chain) has taken since March. The first completion statement was incorrect. Incompetent and thoroughly incapable.

It was a no brainier to use them again 4 years later to sell my apartment and purchase my dream home. I was assigned with Thomas M as my solicitor but only really communicated with Rachel W throughout the process. I would recommend her to everyone without hesitation. She made the process so lovely for me and my partner and kept in touch all the time even for the smallest updates which I really appreciated. There’s nothing she won’t do for you, honestly one of the the best solicitors I’ve ever come across. Whenever I did speak to Thomas M he was always friendly!
