Aug 04,2022Russell & Russell were assigned by the Lender for a buy-to-let re-mortgage. R&R were unreachable and unresponsive. This caused unnecessary delays, and consequently, cost me money. Although the Lender has begun taking the repayments, I have still not had written confirmation the re-mortgage has completed, or details of the new mortgage ID - I only have the original application number.

Jun 12,2022I have dealt with Russell and Russell twice now both excellent experiences but this time I felt like I had to leave a review of my experience. David kitchen has been my solicitor both times and both times he has been great. The first time was my first house so naturally I was so worried and inexperienced. However, this time round it was my second house and I was heavily pregnant. Gulrez who I cannot praise enough really wen above and beyond to help me get the house completed as soon as possible and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have completed before going into hospital to give birth literally. This form is excellent but what makes them great is the staff and Gulrez is an asset to you and fully deserving to be a partner that’s how good he is from professionalism to communication to his work ethic and so on. I wanted to leave this review not only for Gulrez but so the firm realises the excellent staff they have working for them and they must be praised. Thank you so much I don’t know how to thank you.

May 24,2022I do not generally give bad reviews, but my experience with this company caused me endless frustration and stress as well as costing me money. They take forever to reply to emails and don’t even acknowledge them. They took so long to complete the re-mortgage that I had to get the lender to extend the offer deadline. They don’t return phone calls and have actually lied to me a few times. In all my years of dealing with solicitors, I have never had to experience such an unprofessional and incompetent company. If you want an easy stress-free experience, this is not the company you should allow to do the work for you.

From the start he communicated, got things moving swiftly and with a common sense approach dealt with all the trials and tribulations thrown at us.
