Jun 05,2023This company were guiding me through my mortgage and although they were good overall and got the house pushed through, communication was sometimes lacking which left me wondering what was going on. Also got quoted an amount for fees but it came in £500 higher so would have liked more clarity from the start regarding fees etc instead of just giving me a quote sheet and not explaining the small prints. I would say they're worth going with, especially if you're local as at least you can quickly pop into their offices to hand things in. My honest feeling is you just need to provide some kind of weekly update to your customers with some sort of checklist that says where everything is up to. It would have been really handy for me to know what it outstanding rather than being sat in the dark for 5 months.
