May 16,2022You wanted a review. i ignored it. You sent a reminder. So here goes. I am still waiting for exchange of contracts after 13 weeks. But the media says 16 weeks is now normal. So there you are. The person dealing with our conveyancing has gone off sick. I assume they cannot help this because people do get sick, and you have to bear with it. Is the delay legitimate or just par for the course. i don't know. How could i know?? The last property conveyancer i used was 30 years ago. I will be relieved when it is all over, but even then i am not likely to know if i have been well served or not, or had good value for money or not, because i have nothing to compare it with. Is there any point to this survey?

Michelle highlighted issues and was extremely concerned describing possible scenarios which could happen if we proceeded with our proposed property purchase which I was grateful for, this eventually resulted in me withdrawing my offer .

May 13,2022No communication, I emailed numerous times before I got a response, I rang on occasions and was told well we are very busy ( not my problem shouldn’t take cases on if to busy) the estate agent did more they were giving me the answers I needed as they were in contact with the buyers solicitors. They only needed to respond by saying not heard anything but will look into it, not to ignore the emails. I should not have had to email they should of been updating me what was happening. The last thing was I had a telephone conversation saying well you have signed your contracts (no I haven’t) oh I will send them you tonight in the post. Very poor service

May 13,2022Lack of communication, took three months to complete sale of house, no chain . Solicitor only appeared to do anything after I rang up. Wasn’t told that my solicitor only worked part time . Couldn’t recommend this branch of the company
