Aug 29,2023The holiday was brilliantly organised, the many connections and stops were all seamless, and all the staff taking care of us were totally professional, helpful, friendly and made the process stress free. The safari company (Off Beat Safari) that Safari Consultants recommended was fantastic, a great ethos with wonderful staff. We stayed at Ndoto, which we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The accommodation/food etc was extremely luxurious and the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you.

Aug 11,2023Rob and his team were extremely helpful with getting the visas etc. and planned an amazing itinerary. We had 11 flights in 17 days which sounds daunting but were all straightforward. The safaris were well organised and we were “on site” really early. The drivers were very knowledgeable - we had a brilliant time.

The consultants listened carefully about what we were after from the holiday then, given their extensive knowledge, put together a package that more than met all our wishes. The lodges they chose were wonderful, friendly places, where we were able to enjoy a range of activities as well as great game viewing. The information pack covered all aspects of the holiday and the transfers were seamless. Being met before passport control in Nairobi significantly speeded the whole arrival process. When our airline cancelled our return flight at only a few hours notice, the team at Safari Consultants made all the necessary arrangements, changing transfers, booking hotels and sorting new flights. In summary, an impressive team who not only put together a perfect, tailor made holiday, but also reacted speedily when something outwith their control went wrong. Highly recommended.

Their expertise was invaluable and they put together a fabulous safari experience for us in the Masi Mara followed by a final few days in Zanzibar. They listened to our requirements and tailored our trip to our needs. Their knowledge of the camps was evident throughout. During our trip Michele and Kelly were at our side, particularly when BA decided to make a last minute change to our flight. This really was a fantastic, personal service and I look forward to using the Safari Consultants team again for my next safari adventure.

The staff are a pleasure to deal with, really knowledgeable and provide attention to detail. When our flight was delayed Safari Consultants provided an emergency contact and pulled out all the stops to make sure we caught connecting flights.
