Jun 27,2023We wanted to visit Kenya, but had no idea how to get going. With itinerary ideas from Real Africa, Safari Consultants then took over the responsibility and came back with suggested dates, flights, & safari package ideas. They offered a number of accommodation options and didn't simply push the most expensive. Even when we went 'off piste' with our plans, they did everything they could to help us make it work. They supplied clear advice and info and introduced us to their app which contained a full itinerary and tickets. From first enquiry through to returning back to the UK they have been incredibly helpful and reliable. Brilliant!

Apr 27,2023Having recently been on our trip that we arranged with Safari consultants I can confidently recommend them! We have been talking to Joe for a while (due to the pandemic) but his knowledge and patience was amazing. The recommendations took into account both the adults and the kids which really helped. We managed to book and then have the best ever holiday - one that the whole family will remember forever. All the bookings were spot on, the details delivered in a handy way via the app and paper copies. Made it all very easy for us. So 5 stars for their knowledge, service in making bookings and the actual seamless holiday itself.

We really appreciated the attention to detail and the time spent postponing the trip due to Covid. When we had a medical emergency, they coordinated well with the camps to make sure the support we needed was available.

Mar 18,2023One of the best holidays we have ever experienced. This was due to the highly professional and friendly team at Safari Consultants. They took the time to find out what we wanted, gave some excellent advice and then put together a holiday that met all our needs. The itinerary was brilliant and the attention to detail at every step meant that we had no worries travelling to Kenya. Safari Consultants provided comprehensive advice about Kenya including visa requirements which was invaluable. We stayed in three different camps; Kicheche Laikipia, Kicheche Mara and Kicheche Valley in three separate conservancies. All three camps were excellent with friendly, helpful staff. The guides were exceptional and their knowledge and professionalism made our first Safari truly memorable.

The camps (Kicheche Mara and Laikipia) suggested were a good contrast to each other and we couldn't have been better looked after or seen more.

All the connections were smooth and the staff who met us at every stage of our transfers were incredibly professional. Michele had excellent knowledge of the places we stayed at. The most wonderful staff at Offbeat Mara North made a point of telling us how much they think of her professionalism. Offbeat Mara was incredible. Michele made sure that we had a guide who was knowledgeable in photography and so we had the experience of a lifetime. It was truly a very special holiday and we will be booking through Safari Consultants again.

Jan 10,2023Our first Safari and therefore something of a step into the unknown. We needn't have worried as Rob Slater at Safari Consultants created the perfect itinerary for us (family of five, children in their early/mid twenties). We didn't have to think about anything other than enjoying an incredible two weeks most of which was spent in the bush barely seeing another vehicle. There was no time to look a your watch for fear of missing a minute of the incredible terrain or beautiful wildlife. We had superb local guides with a deep knowledge of every bird, beast and plant however big or small, who answered every question with infectious enthusiasm combined with some outstanding off-roading skills! With little/no digital interruptions, we often remarked that we were being taught as much by nature as well as about it. The camps and camp staff were a sheer joy - at times it felt we staying staying with a big happy family who were always there to wave us off and welcome us home. There wasn't a night when we went to bed without huge smiles on our faces with memories of yet another incredible day. Safari Consultants are attentive, highly experienced and a pleasure to deal with which resulted in them producing a best ever family holiday - I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jul 04,2023Just returned from an amazing honeymoon trip to Kenya and Zanzibar organised by Safari-consultants. We did not have a set idea of where we should go but from the very first conversation with Kelly we knew we were speaking with a company that had actual ‘hands on’ experience of the destinations being suggested. Based on our loose brief Kelly put together a package that aligned completely to our needs and organised everything from flights and accommodation, as well as all transfers and support services needed to make the whole travel experience run so smoothly. The communication and detail provided by Safari-consultants was excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next trip.
