Jan 10,2020We have used Safari Consultants for four African Safaris to Kenya, Botswana, Zambia and South Africa. All the trips have been very memorable and extremely well organised. Safari Consultants are very knowledgeable about the best places to stay and wildlife viewings have always been superb with excellent guides.

From the very outset Frances put my husband and I at ease, we were supported throughout our booking, during the course of our honeymoon trip and also afterwards. Frances catered for all of our needs and more and was always at the end of the phone answering any queries that we had. Our bespoke itinerary was perfect, I could not recommend this fantastic company enough. You have given my husband and I memories that we will forever cherish - thank you.

Jan 09,2020I have booked two trips for my family of six,multi generational ,with Safari Consultants.We live in Canada but I asked an English friend who had travelled a lot in Africa for a recommendation . He recommended Safari Consultants and we lucked into Rob Slater as our consultant. We spent two wonderful trips ,2014 and Aug.2019 on safaris followed by beach resorts. Each time Rob spent a lot of time finding out what type of holiday we wanted, what our interests were and gave us fabulous advice ! Even though it was a bit more difficult to pay in pounds I would not use any other company if I were able to get to Africa again. We had fabulous trips and all details were looked after,flights,transfers etc. Everything went very smoothly. My family snd I have recommended Rob and Safari Consultants to other friends who were contemplating an African safari. I highly recommend this company.You will have the trip of a lifetime!

They helped us to work out which lodge to stay in, which flights to take, how many nights to stay in each location and how to have simple transfers throughout our holiday. As a result of Safari Consultants guidance we had a stress free and magical holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and we will certainly be using them again in the future.

They have a huge resource of knowledge and experience of all the “safari” countries in Southern Africa and are therefore able to use this knowledge to advise on safari parks , areas and themed safaris.nThe staff are very friendly and helpful. Their range of safari holidays encompasses all types but particularly ‘ high end’ and ‘specific’ holidays. My wife and I have had many safari holidays arranged by them and we can’t fault them.

Jan 09,2020I can't praise Safari consultants enough. For us, we were all booking the holiday of a life time, so they had quite a responsibility. Nothing was too much trouble, they really listened to what we wanted and gave us options to consider. Their knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. Joe Corder, our rep, has a passion and understanding of Africa that meant we were in safe hands and were always going to have an amazing time. If you're considering a safari holiday, there is no point in speaking to anyone else.

Jan 09,2020From the first phone call to the feedback after the trip we can't speak highly enough of Safari Consultants. We live in Spain so all the arrangements were made by email and phone. Received our tickets etc without a problem by post. Every step of the way they were available to offer help and advice. It was our first Safari so we needed lots of suggestions in order to select our final trip itinerary. They listen to your interests and tailor accommodation to your budget with no pressure. If our consultant was on a day off there was always a colleague to help. It is very apparent that the team liaise with each other and have the customer at the centre of their interests........the way it should be but sadly not always these days. Our bespoke Safari turned out exactly as we'd been promised, with excellent 'meet and greets' at the airports, lodges and camps. Private guide and 4x4 is strongly recommended. The Company's staff regularly visit the locations and camps so you get first hand information before you stay. If we ever do a Safari again it would be through these guys for sure.

Jan 09,2020Was the best holiday ever. The company was perfect everything was as offered and nothing went wrong. Six weeks in six countries. Perfect .saw all the big five time and again.even a porcupine at midnight and a leopard up a tree avoiding the two lions on the ground. Elephant came within a foot of me in the jeep just to study me for a couple of minutes. Never to be forgotten

Jan 09,2020My wife and I have used Safari Consultants for many years for all our safari adventures. Most recently they organised a life changing trip for us to Botswana where we stayed in three different camps in different parts of the delta and beyond. Rob as always invested a lot of time in understanding exactly what we wanted to see, what we liked and didn’t like from previous trips and in putting together an itinerary that was very well informed by his extraordinary knowledge of the camps and their locations. At the last minute our trip was threatened by BA strikes (on fights we had booked ourselves) but Rob was available over a weekend to try to help us find alternatives or reorganise the trip even though these flights were not part of the Safari Consultants package. Outstanding service.

Jan 09,2020I am not the type to give maximum marks for anything as there might be someone else out there on the market that is better but I have not yet found them. The above said, I have very happily used Safari Consultants for a number of years and for this year I am very readily asking them (or rather Rob) to design an itinerary for me in Uganda as my likes / dislikes are known to him. I believe trusting someone in this manner is more relevant to a customer satisfaction survey than the number of stars awarded.

Jan 10,2020Safari Consultants are an amazing leader in specialized travel to Africa. I've travelled with this company since 2013 and every trip keeps getting better than the last. Helpful and experienced agents, all steeped deeply with knowledge about the finer points of how to properly design a top-notch bespoke safari adventure. Definitely ask for Mary - she is open, honest and will guarantee the best trip possible. Hats-off to Safari Consultants - the best in African safari trip design and bookings!
