He phoned after he'd visited the property to give me an overview straight away and then sent the report very quickly, and while it was very thorough it was easy to understand. Definitely recommend.

Feb 24,2024We used Sage Chartered Surveyors to carry out a level 2 Homebuyer Report and Valuation on our recent purchase. We were very happy with the service and price. Once instructed, everything was arranged via the estate agent with very little input from ourselves. The report was delivered the next day and was detailed with lots of supporting pictures. The surveyor called before the survey took place to explain the process and ask if we had any particular concerns regarding the property. We received another call post-survey and has been on hand to answer any questions and even offered his on-going support. Very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Feb 14,2024Gary was very helpful from start to finish. He talked me through the choice of survey options and took time to explain this all clearly to me. He dealt with the estate agents direct and it was all very straightforward. I had a level 3 survey done as I felt I needed a thorough check up of the property I was buying as it was Grade 2 listed and an old building. The survey was done on the day as planned and I was sent the report very quickly. I was extremely impressed with the depth he went into on the survey and all I can say is this was 100% worth it and important when making a purchase of this size. Gary was happy to discuss the report and queries I had on the phone and we did this a couple of days after I had read the survey. I negotiated £2k off my offer price due to issues identified from the survey, and I now have a clear list of what to work through when I move in and what's most important to get sorted first. Overall, very impressed, great communication and a thorough and robust professional survey. Highly recommended.
