Jan 07,2025Great communication during the whole process - called beforehand to run through any specific issues we wanted attention on, as well as then taking us through everything afterwards to highlight all critical focus areas. Very quick turn around on visit to detailed report. Gave us peace of mind on the property. Would highly recommend!

Survey was very detailed and had photos as well. Had a follow up phone call as well. Definitely would recommend

Dec 11,2024I was in two minds whether to get a survey done on our property purchase (due to getting a very poor service from another company in the past) but I'm pleased we did as the report was incredibly helpful and picked up a number of items we missed ourselves. It also gets you thinking about things you need from your solicitor and what to prepare before moving house. The team at Sage are also very polite, helpful and checked in with any queries I had both before and after the survey. Very quick turnaround on the report too!! Nothing bad to say about these guys at all :-)

Nov 28,2024The surveyor, Gary Edge, made the effort to contact me beforehand to ask about any special concerns. He conducted a thorough survey and sent the report the same day. He also took time to clarify one or two things afterwards. In the office, Hanna Azhar was an excellent point of contact and when I was first looking for a surveyor, she called me to follow up on my initial enquiry, while others did not. Finally the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
