Nov 25,2024I have recently had Gary from Sage Surveyors undertake a level 3 survey on our prospective property. I obtained a multitude of quotes prior to deciding to proceed with Sage, and they were far cheaper than anyone else. Gary gave me a call the day before the survey to query any specific areas I wished to address. He also called me straight after he attended the property to provide me with an overview which put my mind at rest. The report was then available the following day (a Saturday). The report was also very easy to read and understand. Overall an excellent service. Thank you!

Nov 20,2024I got quotes from 4 different companies for a level 3 survey and Sage were by far the cheapest. The surveyor contacted me a day before the survey to check if there were any specific area's I wanted a special look at followed by a call straight after the survey for a verbal report. The full report was issued the same day and it was really easy to read and send on to my solicitor for follow up Outstanding service and excellent report so I'd recommend Sage to anyone needing a Level 3 survey doing.

Nov 15,2024As a first-time buyer with zero idea about the process of buying a house, Sage really were 10/10 (or 5/5!). Their customer service was friendly and supportive and left me feeling empowered rather than overwhelmed. The value was sooo good for a Level 3. Gary carried out the survey himself, called me the day before to explain the process, and afterwards gave me a great explanation of the general story of the survey. Sage and Gary offered for me to contact them at any time after the survey if I had any questions at all. My survey itself was meticulous and thorough. Really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Sage for such a great experience. I highly recommend to everyone, but especially if you need a little hand-holding like me!

Given a verbal overview of his findings straight after the survey- which is really helpful. Even more impressive, is receiving the full report the same day!
