Surveyor called us before and after the survey to chat through things and offered follow up conversations if needed. 80 odd page detailed report sent to me the same day. Report was easy to follow and provided me with details of repairs needed and the urgency. I would recommend sage to a friend.

I was particularly pleased with the photos, giving me an easy guide to what is needed to be repaired etc. Gary rang me before and after my survey and a full 78 page report sent via email the very next day. Gary discussed any concerns that I might have had the day before and delivered a verbal overview immediately after the survey. Detailed report received three hours later. No idea how he manages that! Highly recommended.
