Communication was very clear, easy to arrange, great customer service and competitive rates. The surveyor called me after completing the survey of the property on the same day and gave me his expert opinion and answered any questions or queries that I had. The report was very thorough and easy to understand. I felt happy with my overall experience.

Gary phoned me on the day of the survey to give me a high level summary and a very thorough report was with me by the evening. Everything was explained in detail in the report with lots of accompanying photos. I would thoroughly recommend.

Great communication and they were able to slot us in by moving a few things around to accommodate us. Gary, the surveyor called before asking for anything that he wanted him to pay particular attention to, and also after his survey to discuss his views in general.
