Oct 20,2024I'm happy with my experience with Sage. They are efficient and professional, especially thanks to Gary, who is responsible and attentive to all our concerns, making us so impressive. The comprehensive report was available within 24 hours. He communicated with us well prior to the visit and after the report to make sure that all our concerns were addressed and detailed explanations given. This is really helpful and ease our stress as a buyer. Would highly recommend Gary.

Communication with staff was seamless, our surveyor was very helpful and assisted with a couple of small enquires that we had that were not necessarily in his remit. Our comprehensive report was returned within 24 hours. Would definetly recommend Sage. .

So many other surveyors I tried calling previously just depend on voicemail and this seems unprofessional when you need a quick response to an initial enquiry. Gary the surveyor was fantastic and happy to speak to me and discuss any concerns both before and after survey. In my case he went up and beyond and got more specialist advice due to the clay clump before he submitted the survey. Happy to discuss any issues all the way through. Very competitive price for all the work and service given. I definitely recommend Sage and would certainly use again.

It was clear from the outset he knew his stuff and knew exactly what to look for in a building of that age. Sage produced a detailed report which was easy to navigate and helped ensure we went into our purchase with full confidence in what we were buying. Gary turned around the report in the very same day.
