Apr 24,2024I appointed Gary to carry out a Level 3 Building Survey on a house, after an informed discussion. He replied promptly to my initial query and his communication has been excellent throughout the process, including follow up on the Report. The Survey itself is clear, comprehensive with a specific section for Legal Advisers and was turned around within 24 hours. The price is competitive, which is particularly appreciated in the light of the overall costs of buying. I have no hesitation in recommending Gary and Sage Surveyors.

Apr 24,2024Absolutely fantastic service from Gary who we asked to undertake a level 3 report on property build in 1890, brick with slate roof and also included a section of flat roof. He had availability the same week which really helps when you're trying to move things along quickly. He rung following the survey to discuss the key points and answered all my (numerous) questions. It's an old property, and there were lots of issues which will need addressing at some point. Gary was invaluable in helping me assess which needed looking at now, and which were really maintenance issues which could be addressed later. He also guided me practically with the next steps. The report was sent the next morning (Saturday), and he called again to check I'd received it and to highlight an issue in the report that we hadn't discussed the day before. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, personable and reasonably-priced. The report was detailed and easy to read. It will be invaluable, not just during the purchase, but in understanding the maintenance requirements and priorities over the coming years. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Apr 19,2024Gary Edge of Sage Chartered Surveyors carried out a full RICS survey of my property in Norwich which I am currently renting with a view to purchasing. Gary provided a first class service, I simply cannot fault him and would 100% recommend him. Gary called me prior to the survey to confirm timings, following the survey being conducted to provide a verbal report, and following the survey being received by myself to ensure that everything was in order and asked whether I had any queries or concerns in respect of the same. Gary also advised me that if I do have any queries in the future concerning anything contained within the report, I am welcome to contact him. Gary provided a completely faultless service and was very reassuring and highly competent within his role.
