The L2 Homebuyer Survey was compiled brilliantly and in easy to understand language as well as colour coding for work which may need no attention / potential work needed in the future / work needed. Everything from issuing instruction to Gary for him to proceed to post-survey questions was fantastic and I would not hesitate in using him again - I have already been recommending him to our mortgage broker for others to use, due to the fantastic service. Jun 30,2024Gary made the whole process very easy to follow and was well worth the very reasonable fee. Any responses to my email enquiries were very courteous and on the same day. He called the day before the survey to discuss any concerns we had, then followed up with a second call shortly after the survey to report back. His report came back extremely quickly I felt and was thorough and very informative. Would definitely recommend Sage Chartered Surveyors.

Jun 22,2024Sage surveyors were Excellent, from start to finish! Very prompt in responding to enquiries and booking the survey was nice and easy. Gary phoned before the survey asking if we had any queries or any thing we wanted to be checked at the property. He phoned after and told us about everything that needed attention and was very helpful in providing advice and next steps. Great first experience for first time buyers! Survey was completed by the end of play on the day the survey was completed!

Jun 22,2024I hired Sage Chartered Surveyors to complete a homebuyer report on a recent purchase in Cambridge. As a first-time buyer, I was new to the whole process, but it was clear from the start that Gary was extremely professional and he made the experience seamless. The onboarding was easy, the appointment with the seller was made swiftly, and I received the report pretty much after the survey was done. Gary also gave me a call prior to the survey appointment to see if I had any major concerns about the property or if I had any questions. He also followed up after the survey was done. He was patient and informative and called me straight after the survey to let me know he spotted a leak and he had already let the seller know who confirmed they would fix it. The report is extremely thorough and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this company

Jun 10,2024We had Sage Chartered Surveyors do our survey. From beginning to end Gary was excellent in staying in touch and available for any questions. Gary called us before going to survey the house to ask if there was anything we wanted him to look at specifically. He then called after leaving the house to give us his initial thoughts. The written report survey was with us extremely quickly and was very clear. Gary calls a few days later to follow up and check if we had any questions on the report. We were really happy with Sage Chartered Surveyors and would recommend their service to our friends and family.

Gary was able to fit us in the day following our enquiry due to a cancellation and was very professional and efficient. Gary called once he completed the survey to run though the key areas, and provided a detailed, clear report by the end of the day. Could not fault this service and very competitive price.
