Nov 16,2023I was so happy when we got approved allowing us to get our beloved dog into surgery asap without this we couldn’t have paid to get that started. Payment plan was an easy setup with no confusion interest rate was through the roof but I guess to be expected when you’re in a pinch. Amazing tool

Nov 15,2023Was approved in seconds for a plan for my dogs TPLO. Even though I have pet insurance you still have to pay for it up front and get reimbursed down the line. Without Scratchpay I would not have been able to afford his surgery out of pocket. I was able to pay it off before the first payment was due, but even if it was a longer processing time I would have been able to afford the monthly payments as a low income single mom. I can't express how grateful I am for this service. Being able to provide a gold standard operation for my dog with little to no money out of pocket was AMAZING! Thanks for being there in my time of need Scratchpay!

Nov 11,2023Very easy process to get qualified, payment amount is very reasonable. They had already contacted vet hospital and paid the requested amount. I ended up not needing as much as requested and they immediately readjusted balance and payment amount. Very professional very easy. Will utilize them again. Would highly recommend them as a option to pay vet fees

Nov 10,2023This program was extremely easy to use! We were initially expecting to spend almost $7000 for an emergency and I was able to apply and get approved within the hour. Luckily the issues resolved at the hospital so surgery was no longer needed but Scratchpay still temporarily covered the bill and I was able to pay it off early AND didn't pay any interest through a special deal they had. I am seriously so thankful for how easy and helpful this was during such a crucial, hectic time.

Nov 09,2023I have 3 loans out with ScratchPay. I am paying off 2 today. I'm thankful this company exist for I would have lost my pets without their help. It was worth it to me. If you ever have any issues with the app or having trouble paying, call the customer service. They give you a count down of how many people are in front of you (usually 2-5 when I called). You speak to a human! Its awesome. They are always pleasant and try to help.

Nov 17,2023I need to get my dog into the vet as he’s very sick hasn’t eaten in 4 days but do not have enough cash and they won’t approve me to be able to do so. They don’t help or try to help in anyway. My credit score is fine as well and I make enough to pay it off so I don’t know what there judging you off of to be able to accept it.
