Oct 20,2023I knew about Care Credit years ago. But I didnt want to apply for yet another card and bang my good credit in this economy. I have a good record and enough cards to begin with. A trip to the ER with my new pup created a huge bill. The ER said we take Care.C and Scratch Pay. ? I never heard if it before. Right on the spot then and there I contacted them as did the front desk. Bam I was approved. I had it on one c.c for a few payments but for some reason my one card didn't like them based on reviews?, or for what ever reason there are a few negative ones like online but thats with every thing.You can't please everyone. Anyway the card blocked me from paying S.P. but really gave no reason. So I used one of my more valued better known brand c.cards.Never looked back. My accident prone dog sliced a vein in her toe which bled and wouldn't stop after I took care of it. Off to another E.R. They took her and S.P. too. A bigger bill and still paying off my first one although it was 6 months later. Well tiday I decided I HAVE to leave a review. They approved me at another vets for a biopsy on my other dog, but I didn't use it as yet, and I suggested 3 other practices who immediately signed up.They also pay for other types of business as well.But heres the icing on the cake. Somehow they over calculated my payments and today I got a surprise check for THAT in the mail. THANK YOU SCRATCHPAY ! 👍😁♥️😺🐶

Oct 19,2023Scratch plan is great for vet visits. Best pay a little at a time plan I've ever used. They text BEFORE the payment is due, so you don't forget. I've had a great experience. I will use it again in the future.

Oct 16,2023I've utilized Scratchpay a couple times now, and I'm so grateful they exist. It's so quick and easy to apply, and you get a response immediately. It's not like applying for a credit card, like Care Credit, which is not nearly as quick and easy. The vet is paid immediately, and Scratchpay will give the vet more should we need it. Payment plan is simple, and there's no penalty for early pay off.
