Sep 18,2023I really hated that I had to download Google Chrome for no other reason than to pay off my bill, taking advantage of the 0% interest if paid off in less than 6 months (that part was good!). Safari browser is preferred

She is now a healthy happy one year old running around full of energy & today we paid the loan off. At the time the puppy was so sick we did not have any savings & not so great credit. We are thankful they gave us a chance!

Sep 09,2023I gave Scratchpay 5 stars because it was there when we most needed help to pay our budget-shocking cat's emergency Vet-care bill. How were we ever going to pay the initial cost-of-care estimate, let alone the final invoice? As seniors living on Social Security, we were stunned into near panic. Grampy was family. He "adopted" us -- jumping over the fence, into the yard, onto the porch, into the house, and into our hearts. And, for 11 of his 12 years, he has been one of the family. There was no way we would stop care for his impacted megacolon. Waiting in the worry-zone of pet parents anxious to get their fur-kids in to see a doctor, by chance I heard several people use Scratchpay to pay their pets' bills. I had never heard of that before. So, I asked at the desk, found a brochure, talked with Jim, used my phone to submit the application, got estimate approval, and could alert the vet that two-day care at the Vet hospital was a "go". All within about twenty minutes total. My gosh! That was huge! When the final invoice was nearly $3,000, Scratch Pay approved the new cost and offered us a deal to pay off early to avoid paying interest. The foremost reason for my 5-star rating is Scratchpay helped to save Grampy's life. We could not have continued Grampy's hospital care without the loan from Scratchpay. Number 2 is the experience itself - from brochure to approval. The entire process from start to finish was a no-frills, no emotional marketing-sell moment. The on-line app was simple, had minimal cost to apply, used a quick call to verify the Vet bill, and took less than a 7 minute wait. The loan to pay the vet bill was approved. Every step had been transparent. Every step had been a simple, easy, and efficient move. The process is not perfect. There are some terms they use that could use a simple explanation. Adding a few links between pages would make navigation on their website a little easier. The minimalist final step seems a little cold juxtaposed to your immense feelings of relief. But.... Bottom Line: Despite some imperfection, our Scratchpay experience was 5-star event.

Sep 09,2023I took my dog for a simple check up (me thinking it was) and it turned out to be something life threatening. Due to being able to apply for this it helped me hospitalize him twice and payment was accepted right away on my account. If it wasn't for this I'm not sure my furry one would still be here with me. It's always great to get help like this when extremely needed!
