Sep 01,2023Scratch pay allowed me to take my three great danes for yearly check. Two have went through heartworm treatment for 1 year. A must have checkup was only possible through this program. The process was easy. Approved immediately and very affordable payments. Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable.Would definitely recommend.

Jul 24,2023Scam alert! Barriers to pay off for no interest Veterinarian who helped my dog pass suggested this method. No interest if paid in full in 6 months. Great $880. Agree to 6 months no interest. Setup with bank auto payments are the only way to get no interest. First month proper amount taken. 3rd half the amount out. Contact customer service they say oh it was automatically changed to spread out a year then @ 26% interest. They say system can't change automatic amount. Can't pay more because their system automatically reduces amount plus a $2.50 transactions fee. Now they say set up with your bank no fee. Won't work with my bank...failure must use credit card. Customer service calls have been 6 so far. Again transaction fees to pay in agreed timeline. Basically this is a scam to get hundreds of $ from grieving families. Buyer beware - they don't offer the service of no interest fees. Writing my attorney General of my state. Classic bait & switch

May 11,2023Unethical programming - They offer a 6-month Promotional Deal where if you pay off the 12-month loan in 6 months you can call and tell them you are redeeming the promo and they won't charge you interest. HOWEVER, they go to hilarious lengths to make it difficult to actually redeem this promotional deal. The website is set up so that you can only make payments in the defined increments, and only two of these can be made at a time or you are met with a completely nonsensical "cannot make manual payment" error. It's clear they have coded their website to make it difficult for people to actually redeem the promotional deal, and are hoping people will simply forget. I'm going to be calling them directly tomorrow to demand they accept a lump-sum payment.

I was instantly approved, which surprised me, for the full amount, setting up an online account & autopay was a breeze. It literally couldn't have been any easier. Apr 29,2023Stay away from this company! I applied at the suggestion of my vet. The web site was having issues. I called to get it straightened out. They said your good to go at the vet. They sent the money to the wrong vet. The vet wouldn't release the money. I sat on hold for 40 mins waiting for scratch pay to transfer the loan or fix it. Meanehile the girls at customer service are looking at me like you cant pay for your dog great. I told scratch pay undo every that im using a different company. I had to split my bill between several cards. He said he couldn't undo everything. I cant even get my down payment back till after 30 days. I am contacting legal and filing a police report bc i think i have been frauded. So i basically had to pay for my dogs bill twice yesterday in my name. Also look at the bbb website.

Apr 23,2023I only gave a one star because zero was not an option,I used scratch pay a little over a year ago,I made all payments on time and paid the loan off,when I needed them and applied recently when my dog was ill I was denied,even though I am in a better position financially,what a joke,never,ever rely on this company,and I dont need to hear how you consider many things when considering blah,blah,blah.....,save it,I do not reccomend and will in fact go out of my way to discourage people from using

Apr 07,2023Saved our cat's life, HOWEVER it is incredibly unethical how they do the payments. It's over 25% interest, and they front load the interest so that later on you can't pay extra to the principal. It's taking us TWO YEARS to pay off this nightmare of an unethical arrangement. They know you're desperate, so really do this as a last resort...which for us it was, or to let our poor kitty die.

Mar 08,2023It was very easy to apply and when we switched hospitals, I called and the phone was answered right away and they transferred the money immediately. The payment plan is great and very easy to make wit automatic payments. I recommend ScratchPay 100 percent.
