Sep 09,2024The whole process was so easy. I used the MoveCube and boxes to ship items from Australia to UK. I contacted customer service twice as I had a few questions on the process. They were quick to answer, no waiting around, explained everything I needed to know and were really friendly. I went for the small MoveCube and it was great. The driver was super friendly and delivered the boxes and materials to my door efficiently. On the collection day, the same driver was really friendly and helpful when packing our stuff into the MoveCube. The materials provided for packing the boxes were great including the tape and protective sheet. The whole thing was super easy and efficient.

Sep 09,2024So far it’s been smooth sailing (pun intended- lol!). Agents on the phone are friendly and helpful and the driver who delivered the pod was fantastic! Only issue was the website and documentation (glitched in a few places). But there’s always someone on the phone who helps you navigate the issues. Communication is prompt and easy.
