I had a good experience using Seven Seas. Online support is helpful and answer questions. The packing boxes provided by them are large and sturdy, and I could fit a lot in them. The driver was friendly when picking up my boxes. Seven Seas have been really good at keeping me informed of progress and where my boxes are.

I am using Seven Seas “MoveCube” to ship contents of my apartment from USA to U.K. So far everything has gone smoothly and I have found Seven Seas very easy to do business with. The preparation part of deciding which size cube to use and planning how to fit my items in the cube was made easy by using the provided floor sheets. Seven Seas guided me to all the required paperwork for customs and import taxes. The Seven Seas representatives who came to assess the pickup location and then deliver/collect the MoveCube arrived on time and were polite. The online tracker is an easy way to keep up to date on the progress of my shipment which is now heading across the Atlantic.

Shipping things to the other side of the planet is complicated. More complicated than anticipated. There's paperwork and things I hadn't thought I'd need. SevenSeas made the admin requirements clear. Every touchpoint we had with them was pleasurable. Getting the box packed and sent was relatively stress free during a point where we were definitely not stress free due to our imminent departure. Delivery took longer than anticipated, 16 weeks rather than the 6-8 quoted. This was the only thing that stopped it being 5/5 (would push to 4.5/5 if I could). I'll use them again when/if we move again.

I have yet to receive my shipment, as it has only just been loaded into a container and sent to the port, but I have to say, that so far, Seven Seas Worldwide, have been brilliant to deal with. Their customer service team have been friendly, very efficient and totally professional. Likewise, their driver was very helpful and professional.

The website advertises "Purpose-built shipping boxes and materials provided". After booking the services only one box was delivered and when I contacted Seven seas they informed me that I must supply the boxes for the custom sized items myself.

I have moved to the Isle of Man and I arranged to ship my belongings from Cape Town to the UK. Seven seas do not ship to the Island so I had to arrange to get my items from the UK to the Island myself and I hired a van and went over on the ferry to do so. Communication was clear and the service was great from start to finish. I am very happy with the service and happy to have received my items safely and about 2 weeks earlier than expected. Arranging to pick up my items from their depot was easy. Thank you for the great experience.
