Jul 04,2024I love the idea that even though my issue can be easily handled telephonically or by email, I still have someone I can directly communicate with via WeChat for any issues. Maggie is always available and swift to respond. The pricing is also more reasonable than most shipping companies and agents. The only problem I had was that their biggest boxes were still too small for me.

Jul 03,2024I recently had to make a last minute booking for a small cube with the Cape Town branch. The team was extremely helpful. They called me after I sent a email query and helped me over the phone to complete the booking. We also then decided that the small cube would be too small. Again I contacted the team to ask for help. They were so friendly and helped me upgrade the cube to a medium size without any issues. I was kept informed every step of the way what was happening with the delivery of our cube. When the truck arrived to let us load the cube, Hugh and Keenan were so friendly and helpful. Making the whole process that much easier. So far we have had a really good experience with the Seven Seas Cape Town branch! Thank you so much for your help during a very stressful time.

Jul 02,2024The process is quite pleasant and simple. What is particularly appreciated is that there is a telephone inquiry service in Cantonese. However, there is a special extra fee for requesting to pick up the goods in the afternoon. This is not a good arrangement. It can be waived if notification can be given a certain number of days in advance. I suggest this is a better arrangement.
