Tried to register my guaranteed 2 year warranty before the 30 day deadline on there website. after 4 attempts I give up and decided to email them with my problem with registering as I partially deaf and couldn’t use phone number they provided …2 emails later and still had no reply back .. I feel like iv been scammed out my guarantee as the 30 day deadline has passed now .

Terrible company, do not comply with UK distance selling rules. Purchased a SIA 60cm Curved Glass Black Chimney Cooker Hood Kitchen Extractor Fan, absolute rubbish, not fit for purpose. Raised a return within 14 days but SIA only except returns if they are new and unused. Will be raising the breach of UK Regulations with Trading Standards tommorow. SIA - Update 07.01.2025 Recieved follwoing message: "821744 Hi, Can we ask what amp fuse has been used with the cooker hood? Could we also ask for a video sent to us showing the tissue test so that we can look into this matter for other for you? Please include the order number 821744 when sending over the video. Thank you for your time so far. Kind Regards, ?????????? Customer Service Lead" C- The fuse and tissue test are irrelevant. This hood is not fit for purpose. Under the UK distance selling regulations I am entitled to a return used or or otherwise. Complaint raised with Trading Standards and my Bank SIA - 821744 Hi, Please confirm if this date is suitable and we will ensure that this is booked for you: We are able to book a collection to take place at the original address on the 14th. Please have the order packaged in the box and ready for the driver to collect. They do not provide ETA as this is a full-day service from 7 AM to 7 PM. If you could please just ensure that somebody will be available at the property all day for the collection, as if it fails for any reason, unfortunately, this would delay the outcome and would incur a re-collection charge. Kind Regards, SIA C- As you don't seem to reply on Amazon, please see below. C - Hi, I don't have any packaging as this item is installed. I will need SIA to provide suitable packaging on collection. Please advise you are happy to do this and I will arrange for an Electrician to uninstall the Cooker Hood. SIA - 821744 Hi, I have spoken to the manager and we are able to offer you a replacement for delivery next week and then collect the original hood the day after so that you can use the packaging. Please note that this is a one time offer and if there are any issues with the replacement item, we would need the details requested before action could be taken. Bought a cooker hood from ship it in November, it was too wide so tried to arrange a return which cost me over £20, when I eventually got the return code, sent it back, emailed shipping code and photo of returned item in warehouse, wrote several emails about when I would get reimbursed, sent photos again, tracking number, return code, only to be told today it is not in there warehouse. This has been going on for a month now. I have finally got my money back, this was due to a mix up with return number, hence why they couldn't find my return, pleased to say, all sorted out and money has been returned. Maybe not so bad after all, I will add the cooker hood I ordered to replace the wrong one is excellent
Such a horrendous journey i ordered hob n oven 6yrs ago was very happy then after the oven broke down I ordered the same set delivery was punctual hence sent wrong size took me nearly 3 weeks to resolve had to pay to get it collected and then 2 weeks b4 I could reorder due to refund, hence recieved the right set arrived ,unfortunately the oven not working didnt even come on sent an engineer he said its working but I could feel cold air he said give it time I left as I am severly disable and vulnerable never thought I would have to write this review Today is Xmas day prepared all the Xmas dinner unfortunately could not coon it as the oven is blowing cold air I honestly believe this is serious scam I believe I have been sent a reject oven n hob as you can see oven has bubbles n it's been used so send me a faulty oven sent a an engineer who claimed its working hence I had already told em Corgi registered engineer had already cleared the oven is faulty the company failed to acknowledge this and Xmas day I am stuck I will take this further with the ombudsman and get legal advise as be vulnerable dudable this is how the company treats vulnerable customer no doubt good quality hence sending out faulty item is a scam as for packaging was completely different n can.tell it's been used Please vulnerable customers do not buy as they fail to respond your emails as they have caller ud they don't ans their phones I have been thru hell n back and paid twice delivery once collections and end up with faulty oven I am been scammed by shipitappliances I will get my money back or get the oven fixed I didn't pay for a faulty oven this is a serious scam just so upset they treat vulnerable ppl like this it's not gonna end
We needed an overflow freezer and this 36cm is perfect. Extremely prompt delivery and first class service.
DO NOT USE!!!!! I wrote a review on 11th Dec explaining the despicable services I’d received after my lacing an order through Debenhams. A collection was made to pick up the damaged freezer and we waiting in from 7am to 7pm only for nobody to show. It’s now 3 weeks later and I’ve still not been able to get any confirmation from ship it appliances that they will collect and refund my order. So therefore are holding onto my money. Don’t waster your time on this useless company. Absolute JOKE!!!
