Bad experience with them got a fridge freezer from then the milk holder in the door brocken after two wksorder new part which took wks with many phone calls not good correspondence from them .when it did arrive had a lot of trouble fixing it in .measured it against the brocken one the same size not surprised it broke its far to big have to seeze it in can't put milk in it don't expect it to last long.and we had to pay £25 for check .never buy from them again

SIA CHL70SS 70cm Chimney Cooker Hood Kitchen Extractor Fan In Stainless Steel. Poorly made, doesn't fit together properly, instructions look as if a four year-old drew them. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid like the plague.

We needed a small "overflow" freezer for extra Christmas stuff and having very little free space we decided on the 36cm wide one. It fits nicely in our cloakroom. We ordered it over the weekend and it was delivered on Tuesday. Plugged in and ready to go next day. We can recommend both the freezer and shipitappliances. Excellent service. Thank you.

Order on Thursday 12/12/2024 and was told on the site it will take 3 working days deliver to me hence I opted for pick up to make it faster. It has been it has been 6days now and my order has not yet even been confirmed talk less of pick up. I have written to their support team and it’s been more than 24hrs not a reply from them. I am now thinking of writing my bank to say I have been defrauded. This is the height of incompetence. Checked my order status and it is still showing awaiting fulfilment after 5days of placing order: ridiculous. Note: just a follow up on my review. It’s been more than 48 working hours after the reply, no one had contact me. Avoid this company like a plague, I have been without cooking burner because of the incompetence of the company and have written to my bank to retrieve my money from them. I will be making sure I make more review on other platforms. AVIOD! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

Ordered Friday evening said delivery would be Thursday got a text on Monday to say delivery tomorrow between 700 and 813 arrived at 710 great service

got a delivery date so waited in all day never turned up great start to this order... so it came the next day no warnings lucky my nephew was here... shipping was meant to be free when you go to calculate shipping cost it says free... also sign up for news letter to get 5% off and that never happened... tried to contact them to inform them off all these errors... but still no reply

I thought I’d give this company a go, bought an integrated microwave and an extractor hood. When the hood arrived, my kitchen fitter said it was the wrong type (as I needed one for the island and not wall mounted) which I had no idea about. Rang SIA, explained the situation and asked if I could return the unopened package. They said it wasn’t a problem but I would have to take care of postage….£30! I think this is disgusting, I will not be using them again. Beware people, if you purchase something by mistake, you have to pay the postage for the returns. Won’t be using them again

Saw what I assumed to be a Black Friday offer on B&Q website. Several days later it was still advertised at the same price. Checked the reviews, seemed a genuine offer, so, in good faith I went ahead and ordered it. I had 3 confirmations from B&Q, 2 from Ship It, was notified it had been despatched and the money taken from my account. The morning it was out for delivery with Parcelforce, their live tracker showed my delivery had been returned to the depot. Seems it had been "recalled" by Ship It. I later received an email from Ship It saying there'd been a "price listing error" and they'd cancelled my order and stopped the delivery from leaving their warehouse. Odd as they'd notified me the day before that it had already been despatched. Their "price listing error" should've been picked up long before the delivery stage. Had they notified me when I placed the order I would at least have had the option to go ahead with the purchase at whatever the "new" price was. They've lost a full price sale.

Placed an order on the Monday 25th October for a Induction hob, Single Oven and Fridge. Took day off work for agreed delivery Monday 4th November zero communication no delivery, Received message after offices closed (18:08) to advise delivery to be sent Tuesday 5th November took 2nd day off work (unpaid leave) No delivery, no communication. Delivery arrived 4 days late on the 7th November again unpaid leave from work to receive delivery. I was the one making numerous calls sorting this out no one called me to advise and/or apologise. All appliances are installed by my kitchen fitter and I am told I will receive compensation for late delivery. to which I receive an email offering me a discount on any future items purchased but that the discount will vary depending on what I purchase. Needless to I didn't need anything else from the company. On the 11th November I reported a fault on the oven a constant beeping noise and a wifi signal appeared with nothing in the user manual to say this was a smart oven. I sent in a video if said problem and received communication back that an engineer will be sent out but if the fault is not a manufacturer fault then i will be liable for engineers call out. Again I was unsure why there was no one in the company who could review the fault and give me clarification that this was a manufacturer fault i am sure it must have happened to other customers previously. I was offered a replacement oven but that was going to be more of an inconvenience getting the fitter to come back out and replace the oven and with the issues i already had with deliveries I hoped the engineer could fix. Again I received no communication and had to chase up for the engineer to come out. Unfortunately a replacement part was needed so as its a new oven I requested this to be swapped instead and arrange the above. to which I was told on the phone delivery would come on whatever day was arranged to which I was not available so i booked it for the following day only to be told later on that the oven I want has been damaged in transit and they have no more in stock. I then received an email advising the part was not available until January for the engineer to replace and a conflicting email that the oven was just out of stock. So now that I seeked out a new oven from another supplier paying more than desired to meet the needs of my fitter to come carry out the work for convenience. The faulty oven has now been collected and I await a full refund along with my £20 refund for delivery which I have been chasing up for weeks. I was given 10% refund for the inconvenience for the many calls I made not received and delivery problems but it nowhere made up for my loss in wages and the extra i paid for an oven. Also I wanted to take out the extended warranty but as i can not access the serial number on the hob or fridge as it is installed I've now been told I cannot get the extended warranty. there is nothing on any paperwork I received which even mentioned that I should take note before fitting. this doesnt even come close to describing the incompetence and lack of customer care that this company has or for the stress worry and disappointment I have had to endure whilst getting a new kitchen fitted. Im sure if you have no delivery or faults then this company is fine but when things go wrong they are atrocious, customer service will just say what ou want to hear, I'm one for trusting what people say will get things done but unfortunately useless is me being polite and I certainly would never consider using them again.

I recently wrote a negative review of my experience of this company. They responded publicly on here to reassure me they would resolve the issues. So my review of there response is again negative as I have not had any direct response to my request for return/refund!!
