While our item was delivered with some damage ,(probably caused in transit) Phil at customer services was great , quick , polite and friendly , he sorted out our issues with the minimum of fuss , an easy and stress free experience.
Ordered double oven with no issues, confirmation received promptly. Delivery surprisingly quick, 2 men were most helpful and obliging, placing the item where we requested. Item not yet unpacked, but no damage to packaging. Good experience.
We ordered an induction hob not realising you need a higher wattage for the connection, our mistake. Ship it appliances couldn't have been more helpful. Arranged free pick up,which was seamless.Very good service in this day and age.Well done all.
Purchased a fridge on November 2nd 2024,it was faulty, sent a replacement that was faulty also,I then rang this so called company & they passed the buck so many times, fobbing me off! Fobbed the wrong person off here I'm afraid, they definitely met their match!!! To cut a very long story short , 35 emails back & forth nah not happening!!! It resulted having to involve trading standards, eventually got my money back. What a rubbish company this is i think you need to change the first word of your company name!!!!!
Ordered a built-in SIA microwave on Friday and received it today Tuesday. Super fast delivery and I’m very happy with the microwave. Just what we needed at a fraction of the price compared to other built-in microwaves. Thank you :)
I would recommend this company. I ordered my new tabletop dishwasher on jan 6th and was given a delivery date of between the 8th and the 11th. As at this time we had bad weather and snow was still falling I thought that was a good space of time due to snow. So when it was delivered the next day even with snow still falling I was really impressed. Communication with the company is also really good.
I wanted a small freezer for dog related products. The ordering and delivery went like clockwork. Ordered on Friday and arrived on Monday. Excellent service.
Delivered damaged chest freezer , absolute aged to contact me back , ages to arrange collection, and despite agreement to refund my account once delivered back to warehouse, still this company has my money. Absolute disgrace of a company, not providing competent or responsive, respectable customer service. Can you believe it, they initially suggested me keeping a damaged electrical good at a discounted price -knocking £40 of the price. A company which asks me to keep and use a damaged and faulty electrical good which may be a potential fire and electrical hazard , a risk to life therefore, is a significant safeguarding worry. I will be copying this offer they sent to me to Trading Standards as if it is a risk if systematic of their operations, others will be at risk. Beware , stay away from this company. I ordered a 36cm black chest freezer, freestanding slimline compact—SIA CHF60B/E. It arrived 24 hours later. Great service, and I was kept informed by email on tracking and delivery. The freezer is as described. It's perfect for additional freezer space without having a bulky standard-size freezer. I bought it to store raw food for my pets and to hide my favorite ice cream from my family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ship It Appliances.
Ordered through Amazon, arrived damaged, returned as instructed but Ship it appliances would not refund the return postage cost.
Needed a new plinth heater. Saw it advertised on B&Q online from Ship it Appliances and decided to go with the company directly. Very happy that I did. It arrived next day. Well packaged. Good looking plinth heater with a black grille. Arrived with a warranty. Excellent product and £20 cheaper than the one I bought previously. It’s far superior and super quiet.

I ordered an extraction fan for my kitchen. The item was delivered the next day, I expected to wait at least three days. I have now bought several items from this company. Fantastic value for money, on all the kitchen appliances I have purchased during the past six months but more importantly if you have a query their customer service department is second to none.
I ordered a fridge-freezer, I don't know what it was like because it had fallen over in the delivery van and other heavy items had fallen on top of it, so I refused to accept it. All I can say to shipit appliances is -----change your courier, because I don't have the confidence to re-order.
The taps are not true to the colour, after a debate, a courier collected the tap and I was given a partial refund.
Very prompt delivery and the swan stealth kettle was a great price. Would use again if the price was competitive
On receiving my review, customer service came back really quickly, and solved the problem, if only this happened in the beginning. But I am happy now and would recommend them.

Only found this company by Google search. Glad I did. Service was excellent. Ordered a slimline freezer on a Thursday afternoon and it arrived the following day before eight. Product itself was just what I needed as don't have much space to put a chest freezer. Overall would thoroughly recommend Ship it. Thank you.
