Jan 12,2025Ordered a larder fridge from ship-it. Item was despatched quickly and arrived on date and time promised. (Very impressed by this given experience with other shipping companies) Unfortunately the item was damaged. Nevertheless on contacting company they apologised and arranged for item to be picked up and replacement supplied. Again items arrived and picked up as per communications. Happy with final delivery. Fridge does job and was very good price.

Jan 08,2025I ordered from this company through Amazon. I ordered a fridge freezer to use over Xmas. Plugged it in and light worked, left it 24 hours as directed. Fridge or freezer did not work. contacted company and reported issue on 22 December. 8th of January and still waiting on the faulty item being uplifted. Very unhelpful company, a nightmare to get to speak to anyone on the phone and takes an age to get a reply online. Very disappointed with the whole service, would never recommend this company. Further issues with the company they used to arrange an uplift, all at my inconvenience. Parcelforce made the issue even worse with their horrendous service along with Ship It Appliances.

Jan 08,2025Easy to use website and quick delivery - ordered Tower 8.5 litre dual basket air fryer on Saturday and it was with me on Tuesday morning just with ordinary standard delivery. Pleased with the extra discount (off an already great price) received just by signing up to their website. Haven’t used the air fryer yet, but it is all unpacked and looks great.

Jan 07,2025I got to speak to someone at customer service as my fridge freezer arrived badly damaged and am pleased to say they gave me their apologies and was given a date to collect the damaged goods and would receive a refund .At first it was difficult to get through but hopefully all has gone well and was most grateful for their assistance!

Jan 13,2025Ordered an under counter fridge and freezer for my son. They said they would inform me by email when it had been dispatched. Got no email, I emailed them to see if it had been dispatched, no reply. Then courier informed me it was to be delivered. My husband sat in most of the day, the delivery was then delayed. They did deliver it the next day, without warning, luckily my husband was in. When fridge was unpacked, it had a dent in it, right at the front. Really poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Quite a few reviews say that items arrived damaged!
